Interesting discussion with TB about assuming there is greater inter-cultural differences than intra-country. What about the similarities? I will need to unpick this. Initial thoughts are that policiec and the curricula in each of the three countries (England, Finland and Sweden) may by inclusion or ommission of references to children's rights give an indication of the positionality and engagement with the CRC.
