Revolutionary Document is Finally made into Law in Sweden

According to the diplomat and human rights defender Thomas Hammarberg, the UNCRC has completely changed the attitude to children. It was also pointed out that now that the UNCRC is going to be incorporated into domestic law, judges and lawyers will need to learn to interpret the "best interest" principle. Hammarberg stated that they are in a revolutionary stage in Sweden.
